Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The item is unused and in original condition

The item is in its original packaging

You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-returnable items include:

Safety & PPE items (for hygiene reasons)

Custom-made or special-order items

Items marked as "Final Sale"

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you about the approval of your refund.

If approved:

The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refund processing may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you received a wrong or damaged product, contact us immediately.

Return Shipping

If the return is because of our error (wrong item, damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost

If the return is due to customer reasons (change of mind, wrong size ordered), the customer pays the return shipping fee
